San Jose
Ive been retired since 2009 at the age of 39, the real estate market had crashed and we were in the middle of the recession, I was laid off work and there were no jobs to be found so I put my entire net worth of $280k into the bottomed out housing market, it bought me 5 houses in the California Central Valley and generates $70k a year in rents. Five years later in 2014 I found my lovely wife from a small village in Thailand, now we travel the world while collecting rents. We have our immediate sights set on Europe, the US and Canadian East Coasts and cruising to Alaska and the Panama Canal
