Born and raised in Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University (We Are!) for a degree in Applied Lingusitics and East European Studies. I also lived in Baltimore, Maryland for 18 years, spent a year in Kabul, Afghanistan, and am now living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I work internationally as a consultant in fiscal reform (tax administration development) where I develop customer service and public education programs for tax administrations in developing countries, which has allowed me to see many of these spectacular sights and take these photos.
