Xalapa, Veracruz
In 2010 a study abroad program in Xalapa, Veracruz convinced me that Mexico was where I belonged. In 2017 I packed my bags (and my cat) and moved to Mexico. I am a freelance writer and travel blogger who helps women travel Mexico safely and confidently. When I'm not writing, I enjoy visiting new Mexico destinations or scouting out hidden gems here in Xalapa. My favorite things in the world are furry animals, black coffee, and nature.
