These are buildings, castles, and cities that have been built into the side of a mountain, within a sharp valley, or high up where you can only reach via cable car. These are the sites that remind me of those that you read about in fantasy books like "Lord of the Rings" or "Game of Thrones". Think Helm's Deep, Rivendell, Weathertop, or Minas Tirith. That's what I want - a fantasy vacation!
