Armstrong Air & Space Museum

Wapakoneta, Ohio

Not often as an average citizen do you get a chance to encounter something not from this earth. That chance happens at the Armstrong Air & Space Museum. This is a lunar sample...a rock from the moon! It is amazing how many Ohio connections there are to NASA and the space program. The museum focuses mainly on the space race, the moon landing, and the Saturn rockets. Not too much on the later space shuttle program. #Trovember
