Te mirage coffee house sits on the corner of government street, the busiest shopping and restaurant street in Victoria. This little coffee shop was fantastic. I, being from a place where you don't ask for special requests for coffee, asked for my first "art" coffee ever. The girls there were great, giving me an espresso star design. The shop is very old and even though it sits in the heart of downtown, they still find time to talk with you and give you a great cup.
