I'm just gonna come right out and say it. The observation deck at the Smith Tower is my favorite in Seattle, so far. It's usually not anywhere near as crowded as the Space Needle and is much more historical. Plus, it's only $7.50 versus the $15.50 price tag the Needle demands.
