Grab an elephant ride up into the fort, just as the Maharajas did 400 years ago. Taking part in a procession of dozens of painted elephants as they climbed the long ramp into the fort and through the gate was incredible. Get there early though - to safeguard the health of the elephants rides are only offered in the mornings, and there is often a long line.
